The electrode is suitable for joint welds of heat resistant CrNi-steels of the same kind or lower alloyed and for heat-resistant up to 1050 ºC.
It is important to know the possibility of surfacing on un-alloyed and low-alloyed (high temperature resistant) steels where 18-8 CrNi alloy is required in the first layer
Suitable for following base materials:
1.2780, 1.4541, 1.4550, 1.4712, 1.4724, 1.4742, 1.4825, 1.4826, 1.4828

The electrode is suitable for joint welds of heat resistant CrNiMo-steels of the same kind or lower alloyed and for overlay welding on unalloyed steels if an 18-8-2 CrNiMo alloy is required in the first layer.
It is important to know the possibility of welding unalloyed steels, low-alloyed steels or steels of difficult weldability with high alloyed steels or to each other.

Rutile-basic coated electrode for joint welds and overlays on scale-resistant and highly heat resistant CrNi-steels up to working temperatures of 1200 ºC. The weld deposit is resistant to gas of low sulphur and nitrogen. Well suited for welding of heat resistant Cr-, CrSi- and CrAl steels of ferritic-pearlitic structure in the field of furnace, pipeline and staple parts construction.
Suitable for following base materials:
1.4713, 1.4762, 1.4710, 1.4841, 1.4845, 1.4849, 1.4848, 1.4846, 1.4828
